in many countries in europe, the water transport system is partly 100 years old!!! depending in which country there is a loss of water between 30 - 50 % of the transported water for reaons of leaks.

one of the gratetst consumers of water is the agriculture which counts massively for the water consumption.

those lucky landowners with own water sources pump out water from the underground untill the underground is empty. there are many regions in south europe where you need to drill untill 120 meters to find water.

the saudi arabian underground waterlevel decreased during the last 15 years about 10 meters for the above stated reasons.

we do forget that the (to say it polite) incredible missmanagment of water sourcing, transport and detail distribution and cure of the countryside has the effect that the waterquality drops dramataically down. in germany a lot of pump station were closed due to miserable water quality.

we used too long our rivers and on earth waters as litter with consequences for many decades. in old times in the desert a subject who polluted the water places was punished severly. today we are even not aware that we pollute the water. the sun however has cleaning effects on running water!

the new regulation of the european government has newly fixed that mineralwater can only be pumped out on sites of 600 meter over sealevel.

happy shareholders of mineralwater companies as nestle which sells mineralwater for 7 billion dollars a year. santé!

i have however the impression that the whole "water complex" was and is kept on a low level by governments.the fight for water will be the ultimate weapon but for given reasons the most effective weapon for control of the citizens and their habitats and the ultimate but most proftitable attack on our portfolios.
one liter drinkable water (not mineralwater!!) = one dollar, soon not anymore a fiction and in many exotic parts of the world already reality.
