Mr. Roads, Before you come to a conclusion about the radar rings, I would suggest that you do some research. I, along with
several others, have been researching and investigating this phenomenon and the associated events. I can assure you that the
technology exists to not only affect your mind but your body, the weather and electronics. We have documented hundreds of
cases of incidents over the past years. You, apparently have seen none of it. Perhaps you should start with Tom Bearden, EMP and maser technology, and go from there. We are in contact with him and several others who specialize in the fields of physics, meterology and other sciences.We are neither silly nor paranoid. You on the other hand are just ignorant.
