davos, a real magic place, i have been many times in my life there.

in a horrible building which is called kongresszentrum, the power elite of the world is discussing things which everybody knows already. but behind the walls in private meetings of lot of problems of the world are solved, believe me, i know. "discretion" the swiss stile of working.

davos is and was for many reasons attracted by a lot of famous people

a) adolf hitler, assigned this place the "honour" of a "gau - stadt" (= capital of a reichs - town). in fact he sent to davos his gauleiter gustlof, who was shot down by a swiss student of chur. hitler used the funerals of gustlof in berlin as a big mass show. the marche funebre of gustlof was a big day in the reich.

b) ludwig kirch, a german painter of the expressionism, a victim of adolf hitler's presecution found rest in davos. many of his most famous and most precious paintings represent davos.

c) thomas mann, nobody needs explinations, located his imortal book "der zauberberg" (=the magic mountain) in davos. a book by the way, lucchino visconti, the famous italian movie maker, who filemd from tomas mann the novel "death in venice", declared that
the book could not be transformed into a film.

d) davos, today the place of the rich and powerful people, protected by an immense and never seen swiss police and intelligence army, discussing the future of our world, but for sure not knowing, that davos is a place of the past and et related and foreseen with big natural underground facilities. somebody in sitzerland knows and therefore brought all this so called leaders there. in this way one or two of the top shots will meet secretly an et, for example yassir araft. he knows that half europe is connected with "his" country - natural undergrounds of course. (his friend barak still believes that the natural undergrounds conection between israel and europe is limited to gerusalem and the vatican.)
