This is for "the Elites" to ponder:

What determines whether or not a baby will be born?

We seem to have an idea it's a matter of "chemical soup"; that consciousness and intelligence somehow rise up from the mud of Earth, through some amazing fluke of "evolution", thanks to "genetics".

But evolution is still just a theory; we haven't ever actually seen anything 'evolve', just some evidence that would be consistent with evolution if evolution actually were the way things worked.

But suppose, instead of arising from the mud, human beings descend from someplace higher? Suppose it's necessary that something more ethereal in nature than the world we find ourselves in must actively choose to incarnate into the human form, in order for a new "human|being" to move, live, and have its being on planet Earth?

If that should be the case, then "having sex" is not sufficient to cause population growth. Something else, something over which those who are already incarnate on Earth have very little control, is what determines whether population shall increase, decrease, or remain unchanged.

How many 'divine beings' are available for incarnation on planet Earth? And, regardless of the answer to that question, how many would _choose_ to incarnate at any one time?

Is this "an issue of faith" and therefore to be dismissed and ignored? How is the belief that "these multiplying human creatures are gonna overrun the planet" any less an issue of faith? There's no human-measureable proof for it, either.
