On friday, Jan 5th, while driving from Georgia to Arkansas, I sighted a ball of white light fall from the sky. I was unable to tell how close it was to me but it appeared to be about 200 feet in the air when I noticed it falling, and could have been about 10 feet in diameter (guessing).

I pulled over to the side of the road to watch it, glanced at my clock, it was 11:02 PM, and I was on Highway 78 just northwest of Hamilton Alabama. It looked like it hit the ground maybe a mile from me, but there was no noise and I stayed for about 15 minutes trying to notice a fire, but seeing nothing else I continued on my way.
