Perhaps it is. The question has more to do with the accuracy of Mr. Bond's reading of what that record might be saying; or if you're referring to a now-physical record (e.g., the Urantia book), with the accuracy of the writer(s) of that book.

We have no dearth of prophets and channels, these days. Some of them are wondrously "clear" in what they re-present; many others are not so clear at all. It's a question of what "filters" are yet present in the consciousness of the one doing the re-presenting.

Most especially it's a matter of clarity of spiritual perception.

The intellect can be dazzled by all sorts of things, including foolish ones - which, I suspect, is the point the Master was seeking to make - "Don't get distracted by the razzle-dazzle of the Astrologers and folks who seek to foretell the future by peering into the entrails of animals, etc. The Spirit is mightier and more knowledgeable than any of these, and there's no need for relying on 'trained professional Astrologers' in order to come to know Spirit."
