That sure is interesting, "some wore ski masks" were breaking windows and jumping on cars and buses, yet there were NO arrests. It almost appears to be "professionals" enciting a crowd without themselves being identified and the police had been given instructions to make no arrests.

The FBI has concentrated a 500+ man force in the Pacific Northwest over the past year and allegedly this is were the Project Meggido report was compiled. -- Could it be that this is "staged proof" that some sort of Martial Law may be required when the REAL "wacko's" (by government proclamation) come out of the wood work during the turn of the Century? If enough of the "common citizens" are given enough "evidence" on the 6 o'clock news to make them believe that they are in danger from "radicals", the gestapo will have less resistance when the storm troopers "hit the street" -- just a thought.
