It is funny what emotion can do: After reading it last year, I was very angry and for some odd reason, very empowered. I decided this was information the Egyptian Government needed. Sooooo, I went on an 'address' hunt to see if I couldn't reach somebody close to the government who might be able to read Hoagland's report and factor that in to the odd presentation of facts our government was trying to push upon them.

This was not an easy task by any means, but that in itself told me that the Egyptian Gov't is probably not used to getting many e-mails, if at all, so if I could find someone to talk to, maybe they would really listen!

I admit that I had to finally settle for the webmaster, whom it occurred to me was probably very well educated. Considering the info he was dealing with, it was likely he was someone fairly close to the family itself or others who might be, so I gave it a shot and bc'd EnterpriseMission.

Hoagland's people were extremely pleased and wrote back to say so. I never heard back from Egypt, but one would really not expect to.

In any event, when you mentioned about Egypt Air being factored in as to why the capstone wasn't placed as it was supposed to be, it reminded me of this little episode.

Now, before my fellow News Hounds tell me how ridiculous I sound to think that my own energy/efforts and Intent might have actually played some small part in the outcome of such an event, let me hasten to add, that if I were that angry that I would spend several hours of my time to do this, why wouldn't perhaps hundreds of others? And perhaps they found other e-mail addresses more appropriate. And maybe from all of those little 'probes' into the Egyptian facade, one or two may have actually reached someone who cared enough to do something about it?

Of course, the Article and Research at EnterpriseMission would speak for itself. It is just so very excellent.

The point of all this is: I don't think we have begun to tap the power of the Internet and what we can do with it. Especially in conjunction with our own personal power. Sure, we are used to dashing off letters to our own Legislators, who are inundated with our rantings, but when was the last time you sent the U.N. General Secretary an e-mail with some of the concerns from this Post, for instance?

I think we limit ourselves by believing we are 'unimportant' in the scheme of things. People like Richard Hoagland and Rayelan put their lives on the line to put up these pages. They were only 'one' person when they started. And yet look how we have all gravitated to their pages.

Each of us has our own unique contribution. And gol durn it! Why would it be such a terrible thing if just by some remote chance, it was that little (albeit, well-written) e-mail written by this 'one little person' that happened to trigger an avalanche of idea that ultimately led to the capstone not being laid on the Pyramid?

I mean, come on...stranger things have happened!!!
