THE DEPTHS OF DECEPTION IS WAKING US UP; BUT IT ISN'T WHAT YOU MAY THINK...

Watching the Supreme Court this morning revisit its case between Gore and Bush brought home the fact that we are a Representative Republic and NOT a Democracy (Even Al Gore doesn't appear to know this): We, as individual citizens, have NO RIGHT to vote for President of the United States, who is only really in charge of his piece of the Federal Government which ONLY has jurisdiction over D.C., and other territorial kinds of properties, which are kept in trust FOR the STATES.

Only the State Legislatures have the right to vote for President by naming electors. We, the People, vote for the State and Congressional Representatives, but it is the State Legislatures themselves that can allow us to vote directly for the Electors which then vote for the President, if they so choose and which they have done.

BEFORE YOU CRY FOUL, it is important to realize that this was a safeguard built in by the Founding Fathers. It is NOT a limitation on our own rights, but the MOST provocative peek into where these esteemed Founding Fathers were coming from:

It is the STATE that is important in our government. NOT THE FEDS. And we have clearly forgotten this fact! IT IS NOT the 'United States of America' as Bill Clinton calls it; NOR is it The Federal Government. It is interesting to note that in his own Presidential Decrees, Ronald Reagan was very careful to call these entities as they were, without Caps: 'the federal government' and the 'united States of America', with lower case 'u'. William Clinton has re-written Reagan's Executive Orders to Capitalize these references, thus placing the first importance on the Central federal Governement, rather than on the individual States, where it clearly belongs by the intent of our Forefathers.

THE CRIME!
Because we have not been taught that we have no right to vote for President other than what is given to us by the states, it has been lost on all of us, even those that are representing us in Congress today. I have heard some of them comment that they had never known so much about Constitutional Law before this election fiasco. Because of this ignorance...and it would be hard to say that the dumbing of America has not been done on purpose...and the ignorance of many, many other things, the now Federal Government has literally usurped the Rights of the States, and the President has become front and Center OVER the Governors and REpresentatives. (It is almost as though we hunger for a 'King', a Daddy, to take care of us.)

This is the very thing the Founding Fathers were trying to avoid, knowing full well what happens when that kind of power is placed into the hands of one man.

Today, owing to our ignorance, we have sat back while the Courts, in conjunction with the powermongers, have simply ignored the REAL law. Indeed, we have not been living under the Constitution since 1933, even though there is a pretense and a presumption that this is not true.

THE REALIZATION:

When we realize that, in fact, WE HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO VOTE EVEN FOR THE ELECTORS, we can begin to realize our ignorance to the fact that until we sign up FOR Social Security WE ARE NOT EVEN FEDERAL CITIZENS! We are sovereign citizens of our State Governments. Did you know there is NO LAW saying that anyone MUST have a Social Security Number? That is is a CHOICE? (Couldn't have proven it by me...by the way they treat us when we don't have one. See how intimidation works with ignorance to control us? No better example!)

BOY, HAVE WE BEEN STUPID!
It also becomes clear that if We, The People, can hoodwink ourselves in this manner, that it is easy to see how we could have by our ignorance,

1)allowed for the simple 'erasure' of the ratified 13th Ammendment, by the fact that it simply was no longer printed and then another one was superimposed over it;

2) ignored the fact that Income Taxes are totally a mandatory system;

3) Ignored the fact that we have been laboring as a Society, under the War Powers Act for over 60 years as is proven by our Military Court System, which has no jurisdiction over ordinary citizens under Constitutional Law. (Did you know that one of the FIRST orders of business that EVERY new President must do is sign an Extension of the War Power Act which keeps us under Admiralty Law and outside of the Constitution? What a different country we could have if just one new President refused. ...How about it, Mr. Bush. How about giving us our country back?)

BUT WE ARE GETTING SMARTER!
It is becoming increasingly clear that those that seek to remove us from our Constitution in its entirety by attempting to destroy our election process by inciting our clamor to overturn the Electoral College System, are making a very large tactical error: Out of the depths of this deception, We The People are getting the education that our Public Schools, whose textbooks are so carefully edited and constrained to promote our ignorance in these matters, did not give us!

And for that, we can only tell them fervently, "thank you." You, the slimey, greedy, powermongering political whores, whose only goal is your own self-interest, are awaking America to her greatness as nothing else could! The Light of the Constitution itself is shining into your dens of so-called "national security", the black closets where you have hidden your dirty linen, your drug trade, your CAFRS, your chaos. We are hereby putting you on notice: Your Mind'less' Control of We, the People, is now OVER. It may take us awhile to sweep up the hangers on, but sweep we will. And we highly suspect we are going to have a lot of help!
