What do I mean by a prisoner of the NWO == In this case I mean an elected official who innocently stumbled into the clutches of the NWO and then was forced to stay through blackmail or threats to their loved ones.

There are very few people who are part of the NWO who stay in it of their own free will. Most are captives in one way or another -- usually blackmail.
