These kids have been around for a longer time than is generally supposed. Early Thirties and again, for sure, in the early Sixties. My thought is that eugenics programs begot studies and those studied begot progeny.

Meyers/Briggs may provide helpful insights to "Indigo Children." But don't expect too much from those flawed instruments (tests), percentages/stats/quantification are sometimes quoted when there is no real understanding of the phenomena - any phenomena.
