According to a site called Zetatalk, only service-to-other individuals will reincarnate into the 4th Density world which will occur after a pole shift caused by the close passing of the Sumerian Nibiru.

Although Zetatalk at first seems totally whacky, when one
really looks into it there is alot more than meets the eye, particularly when it comes to such topics as "Densities" and other worlds.
