I just checked that site, scrolled down to the only reference to Talmud on the page. It turns out to be an article written by someone claiming to "expose the Talmud." While everything he says may be true, I have no way of knowing it for myself until I can actually have a look at the Talmud for myself.

I was hoping to find a cross-referenced, searchable online version of the many volumed Talmud, in English, ideally, but any Romance Language will do.

Christians and Muslims have online resources like those I've described, perhaps Jewish site do, too. I'll have to search some.
