Dear Friends, Patriots, et al. --
The planet or independent moon now known as Pluto was suspected for some time, but it wasn't discovered and named until 1930.
Curiously enough, the commercial possibilities of radio were not fully realized in the 1920's, but came to fruition hard on the heels of the discovery of Pluto. The great radio networks were built up in the 1930s and that is when the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) was planned -- and legislated into being by Franklin Delano Roosevelt and his compliant Congresses.
The FCC was one of the few Roosevelt-era federal agencies which proved its mettle. The public owns the "airwaves" since the air and the electromagnetic spectrum which floats in it are omni-present and therefore exist across all State lines. Broadcasters were and are still private operations (mostly), which are granted licenses to use these airwaves and the spectrum to conduct their "programming" and to make a profit.
The public airwaves are as clearly the property of the people as individuals, and as the citizens of their respective States, as is the Constitution of the United States itself is. Each individual person owns the Constitution, both by virtue of their presence here and by the patrimony or inheritance that it represents. Thus, there are clear and unequivocal precedents in the common law for the preservation of the rights of the people:
These rights were not created by the Constitution and pre-date both it and the Articles of Confederation. They were intrinsic to the free men and women who settled here and who established their councils and their legislative bodies with them in mind.
If we are to have a new Renaissance, which I believe we need most urgently, we should consider that a federal system which preserves the independence and the sovereignty of the individual States is that system which most closely represents the powers of the city-states and regional powers which provided the economy needed to sustain the Renaissance and its culture.
Without surpluses in food there can be no industrial production, and without production there can be no technological advances. Both were in great supply in the Renaissance years, and part of the growth was augmented by the introduction of gold and silver, as looted from the natives in the Americas, and as later discovered by explorers and those who could conduct mining.
Following the discovery of Pluto, FDR was elected and with him the free and democratic Republic -- with all of its warts and its many flaws -- went on life-support. It has been there ever since. The more talk that is heard about "Democracy," the longer it will take to move forward to a new republican alliance of sovereign States, which can jealously guard and preserve the rights of the people, and especially the discoveries and inventions of those who are most equipped with genius.
Personally, I have always wondered about the origin of Mickey Mouse, his dog Pluto, his canine friend Goofy, and all of the rest of those characters created by Walt Disney. Who was he?
And how is it that a talking Mouse can "own" one dog and be friends with another? What does that really mean? And what is this crap about Bugs Bunny being gay?
Herein lies a mystery worthy of Rumor Mill News and its best Agents. Do cartoons hold the secrets necessary to trip the wires which will engaged the spiritual machinery of a new Renaissance? Does Betty Boop have a message for us all, here in the waning weeks and hours of the 20th Century?
And what is Pluto, a Planet or a Disney Dog?
: i am doing this from memory - correct me please - but, as i
: understand it, the Renaissance was a 16th Century movement
: coincidence with the astrological observation (i am curious
: about astrology as directed prophecy) with the regards to
: the crossing over of the orbits of Pluto/Charon and
: Neptune. Alas, I cannot recall for sure, but I think
: Pluto/Charon's orbit has moved outside Neptune's. This
: crossing-over invokes the myth of Charon's 500
: confrontation with the 'Underworld' and the view of the
: 10th planet??? - please, fill in the details. Regardless,
: it is an interesting coincidence also that the Age of
: Aquarius coincides with the end of the Cold War and the
: beginning of globalization as defined by the collapse of
: global economies (between ~1990 and 2000). I am quite sure
: that Wall Street will not look to astrology but we can
: (because we are RUMOR MILLS) - so, the modus operandi of
: trilateralism is in place. We have the euro in Europe;
: dollarization in South America and the Asian Monetary Fund
: in the Far East - all waiting for the collapse of the
: dollar. So, what's next - after the trilateral economies
: collapse - a one world currency??? the "Bancor"
: of the Rockefellers??? how about a credit card with a
: graphic of Charon greeting the People??? IMO -
: multidimensional peacebuilding needs to be done such that a
: Renaissance - a meld of science and spirituality - is the
: human direction...
