Hi Rick,

I think it's an actual human back there. If you look again at the picture there is a row of about five people standing in a line that appears to intersect with the line of, um, criminals in the front row. The lines don't intersect at ninety degrees, more like forty-five, maybe thirty-five or so.

Yellow Head appears to be in line with and one of those people standing on the intersecting line. They all appear to be standing on a level below the well known suspects (who are probably on a slightly raised platform to make it easier to photograph them and to cater to their egos). All of the people standing with Yellow Head are facing the camera. Yellow Head is looking with his eyes to his left, the direction the rogues gallery is facing.

There may have been some processing to make Yellow Head appear as he does. I'm not sophisticated enough to recognize whether that has been done to this image.

It sounds like you think there is actual spiritual/'real-world' significance in the appearance of Yellow Head in this image. Have you seen any other photos that appear to show the sallow faced subject of this discussion?
