Noted at the time was some kind of chemical run-off poisoning local water table. There's been recent run-off in Kentucky from some kind of supposed mining operation. Some kind of runoff in Rumania from another supposed mining operation that, I think, was related somehow to the in-freaking-sane NATO war against Serbia.

One of my contacts suggests checking out the several unmarked not particular late model all-white buses of various makes each having very dark tinted windows driving on Highway 55 between Tullahoma and Manchester as well as one driving South on I-24 north of Manchester. Although these sightings were two or three weeks ago according to that contact.
