I may be mis-remembering, but I think Sherman Skolnick, in a report published on Conspiracy Nation's website, averred that a set-up was in the works whereby he was to travel to Serbia and meet with/interview somebody in the government.

I think Skolnick said a source informed him that the interview/meeting would establish for the cruise missile a time and place to intersect with both the government guy and Mr. Skolnick.

Seems like plans and their mirror image variants reappear every so often.
