Indeed it is, and no court has ever charged me with,
much less convicted me of any crime whatever.
[That's what's called a *clean* record.]

Well, I guess it would be, except that I don't believe in
"Satan", I haven't molested any children, and I was
never expelled from the Army. I continued in the
Active Army Reserve until 1994 (the Presidio scam
occurred in 1987), at which time I decided to retire
and requested transfer to the Retired Reserve Branch,
wherein I remain an ID-card-carrying Lt. Colonel today.
In 1994 the Secretary of the Army also awarded me the
Meritorious Service Medal for my "long and distinguished
military career", and all of that is a matter of public
record which you are welcome to verify for yourself.

To save time here, I'll just post to this thread my
routine discussion of the Presidio scam and its
offshoots. Readers are welcome to follow up on
any of my statements they wish, to their own
satisfaction. Old news.
I'll make a few comments here concerning items
you mention that aren't covered in my statement:
>Col. Rafferty, who was the Commander of the

So what?

That's rich. I think T-W's decision to settle out of court
might have had something to do with our producing
over a decade's worth of messages left on my telephone
answering machine by Blood screaming obscenities and
masturbating. (This because I refused to have sex with
her.)
Anyone wanting an itemization of the scores of lies
throughout Blood's book is welcome to email me.
(A selection of her telephone-howlings is included.)

Rosoff never was a member of the Temple of Set, nor
present at any of its activities, nor had she ever had any
contact with me. She filed a phony restraining order,
which I of course refuted. Rosoff formally retracted
all of her allegations in sworn testimony to the court,
and the court sealed the record to minimize
tabloid exploitation of it like Napolis' above. Cf.
9/29/94 _San Francisco Chronicle_: CLAIMS
AGAINST SATANIC PRIEST ARE WITHDRAWN.
(The _Chronicle_ can be excused for not knowing
the difference between a figure of Christian
mythology and a 5,000-year-old Egyptian deity.)

I have never had any contact with Bonacci, and
know little about him except that he was/is a
prisoner serving time in Nebraska for three convictions
of sexually assaulting a child, and in the _Omaha
World Herald_ of 7/25/90 was indicted by a Grand
Jury in connection with a fake "Satanic ritual abuse"
scam attempted in that city:
"The third indictment charged Paul A. Bonacci, 22,
an inmate at the Lincoln Correctional Center, with
three counts of lying to the grand jury."

As I recall, this book also alleges child abuse and mind
control by every President of the US since JFK, various
Senators and Cabinet officers, Hilary Clinton, and the
entire Country & Western music industry. I pop up every
now and then as an overlord mastermind of this gigantic
governmental sexual orgy. I can only assume that if
George Bush, Ronald Reagan, et al. haven't thought
this nutcase of a book worth the dignity of a lawsuit,
then I shouldn't either.
>Throughout the years 1997 to the present, Michael

Not a single court has found a single lawsuit that I've
filed to be either "frivolous" or "harassing". As previously noted, my suit against Electriciti.com was dismissed
on a technicality that gives all ISPs blanket immunity
against account content.
>In Sept. 98, Charlotte Thrailkill was named the first
>violent female sexual predator in the State of California

Irrelevant, since I have never had any connection with
Thrailkill whatever.
So much for this collection of nonsense.
