cool - i am sure the $60T is earmarked for 'multidimensional peacebuilding' - let's see - on my wish list: perhaps, would be artifical clouds (the real chem trails??? ) by Edward Teller as a means to slow the formation of the ozone hole over the Antarctic: finding a bioweapon deterent ( nanobombs ) via a disinfectant which is nonspecific; which is epigenetic and does not activate antibiotic mechanism: an end to dependency on fossil fuels: reforestation and, of course, contact with Aliens via the recognition and 'multidimensional peacebuilding' with a Universal Society (see Alfred Webre's "Exopolitics").
