It seems to me with all the things going on that are not in the mainstream media, in order for a Klinton Koup, he needs to distract alot of people. So how's this for a scenario:

Sept 1st Milosevic attacks Montenegro. Over the next two weeks Clinton tries to rally support for U.S. intervention.

Sept 6-10 Worldwide acceptance of UN agenda.

Sept 18th Clinton sends massive amounts of troops to Montenegro to get Milosevic "once and for all". U.S. citizens all across the country stage protests against Clinton's actions.

Sept 25th in retaliation for the sinking of the Kursk, Russian submarines sink two U.S. destroyers, each at dock, one on the east coast and one on the west coast of the U.S.

Sept 28th Clinton declares a national state of emergency and martial law takes effect, thereby stifling any attempt to remove him from office by the NSA. Arrafat declares Palistinian statehood.

Sept 29th Arrafat with the aid of Russia stages tactical nuclear strikes against Israel.

Oct 1st Reno is given command of FEMA and suspends the Constitution.

Oct 8th Reno requests UN soldiers to end the rioting of angry U.S. citizens, as most of our military is overseas.
