The way I am reading your message is that you are now saying that Rayelan is a mind control victim that is being 'activated' by Mark Seeley.

You have the ability to post here, just as everyone else does. As far as I know this forum is open to anyone who wishes to join.

As such this unmoderated forum has no central 'authority' that I can see, and relating it to "carnivore" really has no relevance as 'carnivore' is allegedly a technology that READS everything being sent via the internet/email etc. Since this is a bulletin board service that already posts everything that is entered, how can this be equated to 'Carnivore?' There is no need for such here as everything is already public record.
