Some methods can, and are being used to modify thoughts and actions willingly, and are also being used as a kind of mass mind control to influence your thoughts. I even found a few websites that have full details of Implanted mind control devices that are either injected directly into the brain through the nasal cavity, or into the base of the brain in the rear by operation. To the best of my knowledge these methods are being used in the European countries, and electromagnetic mind control is being used in the United States. With God as my witness, I would say that life control surveillance system exist and illness/deaths inducing techniques with invisible techniques are illegally used in the surveillance station/system. Not only the involved LEO can use a carrier frequency to manipulate people's emotions, behaviors, but they also can illegally induce illnesses/deaths on citizens (including political leaders, judges, etc.). This conclusion is made based on facts (which have been reported in newspaper articles, books written by scientists, books regarding covert researches, articles from professional journals, etc).
I have reported the abuses of life control surveillance system & induce illness/death on citizens (and this type of technologies) in my articles to my best knowledge. Therefore, I will never change my conclusion on the subject of life control.
The illnesses/deaths inducing techniques & invisible technology have beenused in the Taiwan's surveillance system since 1960s. This should be the same in the US and many other "free countries" (The mind machine was acquired from the US by Taiwan's security officers.
In 1999, I found the (electromagnetic wave) mind machine patent was filed on August 5, 1974 and registered on 4-20-1976 which can be read on document of US Patent of brain waves (United States Patent 3,951,134 Malech on April 20, 1976 ). This information finally prove that my report on mind machine is purely true. The shorter the lie is, the better it is. So, the liar can avoid inconsistencies and mistakes that other people can catch. Only a person who tells the truth would rather describe the facts in the most detail - in order to let others know the truth - instead of discussing things in very general terms.

From 1980 to 1983, a man named Eldon Byrd ran the Marine Corps Nonlethal Electromagnetic Weapons project. He conducted most of his research at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda,MD.
"We were looking at electrical activity in the brain and how to influence it," he says. .... Byrd even ran a small project that used magnetic fields to cause certain brain cells in rats to release histamine. In humans, this would cause instant flu-like symptoms and produce nausea. "These fields were extremely weak. They were undetectable," says Byrd.

The following is a few examples pertaining to my earlier post. In 1992 a lawsuit was filed in the US Courthouse in Washinton, D.C. This was about the NSA and its domestic intel. ops. The lawsuit exposed a EMF wave that had the capability of tapping into computers and decifering the electromagnetic signals in the brain without the use of wires.
This was done in the 30-50 Hz range. It was shown in the lawsuit that the human brain's nueral activity has a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. The NSA could then send a pulsed signal to the brain to stimulate or evoke potential events. It was also shown that this method had the capability of altering motor control.
The following are examples of various freq's.
10Hz- Motor control cortex: Modulated signals could affect- Motor impulse coordination.
15Hz-Auditory Cortex: Modulated signals could affect- Sound which bypasses the ear.
25Hz-Visual Cortex: Modulated Signals could affect- Images in the brain bypassing the eyes.
9Hz-Somatosensory Cortex: Modulated signals could affect-Phantom touch sense
20Hz-Thought Center: Modulated signals could affect-Imposed Subconcious Thought.
Now this does not neccesarily mean this holds true for everyone. Your brain may operate at different freq's. Hence the need for modulation of these signals. At this time the lawsuit also stated that the NSA could then remotely track and monitor up to 50'000 people this way and computers as well. The lawsuit was dropped it was a civil suit filed by a group of victims claiming harassment and seeking relief for the same. My opinion well I do not believe that this group of people would bring this suit up if they honestly did not believe or could prove it happened. However they could not show that the technology existed. I do not know the details of the case in court but it is safe to say that the NSA did not admit or bring in any evidence to incriminate themselves. What we hope to do at this club is expose this kind as well as other forms of technology.
Think for yourself! If you are hearing voices from within your head, you might not be Hearing Things! You might be hearing what someone wants you to do for them, and it might not be a good thing - after all, they don't have to bear with the consequences of their actions if you are the one that is carrying out their instructions.
This makes me wonder about some people that I have known to be extremely intelligent that were taken down by conventional Mental Health Doctors that prescribed such radical medicines as Lithium, etc. for mental illness symptoms similar to schizophrenia. Tribes in Africa, and South America revere the Schizophrenic as the Shaman of the tribe! Here, the Schizophrenic is treated as if totally insane. Interesting!
I have used the modulation of sound waves for the modification of my own thoughts to produce altered states of consciousness similar to the dream state in the past using a free program I downloaded off the internet several years ago called Brainwave Generator, and have had great results with it in altering my own moods, and emotions. The resulting state of consciousness is euphoric for up to several hours after using it, and allows me to get a great deal of mental work accomplished in less time. It is a good tool to use, if you are in control, but definitely not for the use of unscrupulous government agencies.
This method is being used to directly modulate the frequencies around you in your very home such as the normally present 60 cycle Alternating Current in your home. Another example is your television set with its 60 cycle raster refresh rate of the screen image - a perfect method of covert mind control that works without the user being aware it is being done while you are watching your favorite shows!
