John Quinn seems to be aflicted with far too much paranoia even for the world and times we live in. His consistent criticism of Rayelan's credibility demonstrates:

*shallow research effort *incomprehension of a colleague's stated rationale behind her method of reporting *an apparent desire to believe "they're all out to get us"--thus saving the energy necessary to determine who your friends may be, or to HELP them.

He has stated in the past that he believes the entire factionialization of the intel communities as some type of circuitous NWO manipulation--good cop, bad cop, thesis/antithesis, etc. F.E., he suggests that "Faction 3" is just another mask under which a one-world system will be forced down our throats; by the carrot, not the stick.

I used to have similar doubts, UNTIL I READ ALL OF THE SOURCE MATERIAL provided on this site, and cross-referenced it with other resources. It is now my opinion that a "plausibly deniable" split between the Hapsburg Sang Raal and the "Eastern Establishment" Anglo-American NWO Axis was planned, but bakcfired, evolving on it's own into a free-for-all power struggle. Originally it was intended to allow the NWO controllers to "out" themselves, and then quietly slip behind the throne of their "opponent", once a self-professed saviour from the established (and therefore "establishment") order surfaced.

But the solid realities of personal and national soverignty reared their ugly heads and took a huge chunk out of the "Plan"ner's rear ends. Human society apparently has not yet slipped below the critcal mass of human identity necessary to assert its freedom, and can refuse to be reduced to "Morlocks". But if the "salt" runs low enough... if the alternative to liberty can be made attractive enough, soon enough...
