Here in Nebraska, where nothing ever happens yeah right, there is a town where the police have three books. One book is the names of people that you harass and pull over all the time. The second book is people you harass but do not pull over for anything. I used to be in that book. The third book is people you do not harass or pull over, no matter what. I am now in this book, after my dad became a judge. I don't know if this happens in other towns, but I would like to know. This police station is dirty as dirty can be. About 25 years ago, a woman was found stabbed, burned, hung, and severely beaten. They ruled it a suicide. This same woman was turning the police in for corruption. Hmmm, looks mighty suspicious, but hey a person might really stabe themselves over 10 times, burn themselves, beat themselves, and then hang themselves. This police department has done many other bad things. Just wanted to let the world know Nebraska isn't far behind the rest of the world!
