With the quality of the Clinton Presidency, and the incumbents in the Democratic and Republican Party, there is absolutely no need for a counterintelligence office in the White House.

What they do need is an Office of National Security Sales (ONSS)...with the agreement to sell anythng and everything to China "Permanently" -- also Russian and Israeli spies must have special status. They can mix business with pleasure.

This office (ONSS) can sell everything from Presidental Porn films, to what the president thinks about YOU (Country, Organization, Corporation, Persons etc etc).

We can have a spy lounge and next to the ONSS store a chinese restaurant. Oh yes, we'll call the lounge -- Bill's Place. In honor for the first president to do this..and a model for all to follow!!!

NSA can run the restaurant, and feature -- Presidental alphabet soup on the menu. The Secret Service can double as waiters and sales persons at these facilities,..and say to each potential customer:

"Hello I am from the ONSS...Do I have a deal for YOU -- and for a special price the president will sign any video, tape and document for you."
