If Chip Tatum is alive he just has to make a video and explain this letter plus all the hard evidence and put it out..on the internet, the public media, send it to all the presidential candidates...etc.....with a video he is safe ....and it can be easily checked...if this is not done then he must be dead ... and the hard evidence like this letter posted and more can not be verified .... a video explaining all this hard evidence...can bring indictments on private citizens.

Remember if they cannot find the body..you can still be held accountable for murder.
