It sounds like Art Bell's son was kidnapped and underwent the torture typical of the construction process of Manchurian Candidates, which would place a "Sleeper" in Art Bell's home.

If "former" FBI agent and Bell accuser Gunderson coughs up data on his molestation allegations against Art Bell, then I would suspect that Gunderson is being manipulated with his receipt of said data in order to keep him away from the true story, which would be that Art Bell's son is now a Manchurian Candidate whose agenda is to sabotage some aspect of Art Bell's show either in isolation or in entirety.

The site "Gunderson Data Dump" references Gunderson's knowledge of MKULTRA and PHOENIX Project in 1997, when Art Bell's son was abducted and tortured by a person placed in his high school as a substitute teacher.

The flip side of the Gunderson coin would be that he has no data to support his allegations against Bell because Gunderson is still an operative and so using his public personality to (1) sabotage Art Bell's show, and (2) manipulate the public from learning the truth of Art Bell's son which is that he is a Manchurian Candidate.
