This comes from the Free Republic Forum. A 'poster' named 'shield' had just read something on the Rumor Mill News Forum and quoted it on Free Republic saying, "This woman's sources have been pretty much on target in the past.

Seattle Sue posted the following comment to shield, followed by more newspaper articles on Gunther than I have ever seen in one place. I had never even seen most of the articles.

The articles are an excellant example of how the FBI uses the media to smear someone the Administration considers dangerous. What was done to Gunther in these articles, is now being done to Les Coleman. Rodney Stich has written a chapter about the other whistle blowers that the government has thrown in prison, smeared, discredited, and therefore made their testimony completely worthless.

In case you haven't thought about the reasons Les Coleman is in prison -- the above sentence explains it. The more charges they throw at him and win convictions, the less likely he is to be called as a witness is the Lockerbie trial.

I do find it interesting that these newspaper articles have been posted right now. It is my belief that Seattle Sue is launching a pre-emptive attack on information that is soon going to be released over the Rumor Mill Network. If the pre-emptive attack is successful, by the time the story breaks, all the negative information needed to discredit the messengers, i.e. Rumor Mill News, will be on the Internet ready and waiting.

The newspaper articles are very long. They are so full of lies and misinformation that it would take at least 24hours to list them all and explain them.

After all the lies and misinformation that comes out of the White House and the controlled media, I can barely believe that any thinking person would believe what is written here -- but as you read the exhange between 'shield" and seattlesue -- you will see that 'shield' becomes convinced by the articles.
