"Change Agent" recently requested confirmation of David Icke's scenario of the control structure of th Dulce Base in N. Mexico--with the CIA having lost conttrol. In my reply I should have noted what "Change Agent" may or may not have heard: that ONI (Faction 2-affiliated) groups known popularly as CABAL and COM-12 have recently gained the upper hand in many of the alien related projects over the CIA/NSA/"AQUARIUS" mil/intel groups. The latter are under control of the "Reptilians" (or if Byron Weeks is correct, those who merely employ reptilan imagery in their manipulations) via 5th Column implant-controlled agents, which have been reduced to the level of the drone-like "grey" bioconstructs. If anything, the ONI groups are affiliated with the "Humanoid" opponents of the "sauroid" beings; however, there is a good deal of cross-infiltration and agenda-sabotage between the sides of the opposition; and the ONI groups have decided that the principal battlefield must be spiritual when dealing with techno-psychoorganic parasites.

This scenario would certainly explain the recent stepping-up of acclimation for the grand disclosure of "alien" life--with strong NWO spin: this to counter the full & straight but careful disclosure CABAL/COM12 would prefer, and which a great number of Congressmen and other governmental assets at least privately support.

Whichever prevails, it may be that the old saw of UFO mythology will come true after all: the most human-like ETs (actually ex-terrans) will be the first we are formally introduced to.
