Faction 1 surmise!! The only other possibility is this was stash for a foreign entity, and you are right.. who would have been his handlers?? When I had the flash, it looked like ours, though, perhaps this is part of the takeover plan.. but someone is trying to stop it. Nothing like a BioWar crisis to make an excuse for take over, but it would have to be a multifocal plan, so there are probably more of these stashes. This is worst case, but it looks like there are balancing forces who are at least somewhat aware of the locations. A bit more on my odd night posting last week.. a friend of mine had some of the same perceptions on the same night.. not completely aligned, but we were sleeping. I did feel that some of those records were removed by friendly forces, and this triggered the attempt to hide all of these records more securely. I believe they are going to try to destroy them, but there are so many that it would take quite a bit of effort and time and more staff. I believe many of these are records of these mind control operations, as well as chemtrail records, budgeting, and the rest is unknown to me. Any ideas, anyone? CA
