Vince: Nice write up on Masers.

I am familiar with the mobile, land based Masers that have been developed. I can see where satellite based systems may be of use, but think that a land based HAARP Maser would be even more "effective" because of the ability to use increased power levels.

I have heard that HAARP is capable of hyperbolic extension of frequency... you may have knowledge of this?

If this is in fact true, then that may explain William Teller's association with HAARP? Bernard Eastlund was taken off the project and replaced by Teller. "Word has it" is that Teller specialized in the Tesla "Death Ray"... this could be the Maser system. Beaming microwaves over the planet would be right down Teller's "alley", causing death and destruction in every nook and cranny.

Microwave has long been one of the carrier frequencies to facilitate the insertion of brain wave frequencies into the skull of the human (modulating the microwave carrier with brain wave simulations feed from a computer which interpolated the "waves" from the subject "target" through an EEG interface and receiver) in government research projects. -- Just something to ponder on.
