Normally we are aware of HAARP stations on earth. However it is possible to have a strong HAARP signal emaniating from a satellite...or a "Satellite HAARP System"...if there is one, it's very very secret and allot of new technology.

We know that radio waves bounce off the ionosphere. However if one has a very narrow frequency band and we know the photochemistry of the ionoshpere is different at nite than day. It may be possible to irradiate the earth and penetrate the ionspheric barrier at nite via HAARP devices from satellites.

Consequently what we are observing via radar from the weather satellites could be ionspheric disturbance caused by HAARP irradiation from satellites on selective area on the earth surface...could be Russian not american...that would be my guess...from a satellite based HAARP device.

...This is selective irradiation of the earths surface by high intensity radio waves caused by radiation frequency generators based in satellites. ....Regards... interesting concept...but not good to fool with mother nature..only fools to that!!!!..you can make holes in the ionsphere and cause allot of damage to the earths surface when the sun shines on that region (you get more UV radiation on that regional earth's surface the next day)....environmental warefare...
