Did you actually find the material you quote in the Soncino Talmud? I don't think so, because it isn't there. If you say you did, I challenge you to state what edition, and the page numbers you copied your alleged quotes from.

Incidently, the Shulchan Aruch ("The Set Table") is a book of commentaries on Jewish law written in the late middle ages by Maimonides, aka Rambam, aka Rabbi Moses ben Maimon. While it is a highly respected work, it is not considered part of the Talmud, nor I am sure does it contain the passages you quote.

The Talmud was composed over a period of centuries, covering the late pre-Christian and early Christian eras. It is divided into three levels of commentaries: comments on Biblical law, comments on the first section of comments, and comments on the second section of comments. But none of them, I am sure, contain the passages you quote.
