I first posted the following on November 23, 1999 (just before the Rumor Mills site was attacked, so I don't know if anyone saw it):

I have a new theory. It ties together the shock troop angle, the [rumored] neutron bomb terrorist strike angle, the contrails/chemtrails angle, the incomprehensible Clinton administration sellout to the Chinese, and the incomprehensible Mexican immigration policy of the U.S.

It has been asked, why have they been spraying chemtrails over the rural, and not urban, areas of the U.S. and Canada? There is a racial difference between rural and urban areas--minorites are concentrated in the cities, and rural areas are disproportionately white--so there is the possibility that this is a racially targeted attack or innoculation.

But here's a new theory: Urban areas are more desirable for an occupying force, than rural areas.

As this theory goes, the shadow world government has sold out North America to the Chinese, with Russian complicity. If the white race is to be removed from North America, it will still have guaranteed dominion at least in the Soviet Union and probably Europe.

At any rate, the masses in North America--at least the whites, but possibly all races--are being made sick with chemtrails, so they cannot resist too well. The cities are being spared from the spraying so that the forces that occupy the cities won't have to breathe too much of that crap in. The cities will be cleared of their people by force or by neutron bomb strikes (with some time to let the radiation die down before occupation).

Now, with all this, if we also attempt to tie in the Mexican immigration angle, if we assume that the inexplicably large amount of Mexican immigration into the U.S. that has been allowed in recent decades is intentional and has been engineered by the same conspirators, then only one conclusion is possible: the chemtrails are a racially targeted attack against whites and are known to not seriously affect Hispanics, and Hispanics are either welcome in occupied North America, or will be used as a police force and then discarded.

I think my logic is fairly tight. So what do you guys think?

Of course, the "North America has been sold out to the Chinese" angle I outlined above is also greatly supported by the upcoming disastrous transfer of the Panama Canal to China.
