Well here's a little bit of wisdom! SAIC owns Network Solutions. I'll have to do more searching around about Henry & SAIC...but I believe this is the company that he used to develop the stolen/modified PROMIS software.

Second Egyptian Armed Forces Combat Training Center Under Contract with SAIC

(IRVINE, CA) – The Training Authority of the Egyptian Armed Forces has awarded Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) a contract for a second Armed Forces Combat Training Center (AFCTC). The AFCTC-2 will provide the Egyptian Army with a second battalion versus battalion, force on force exercise instrumentation system.

The AFCTC instrumentation system, developed by SAIC, uses Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking and an advanced data communications system to locate and communicate with 500 to 1,000 infantry soldiers and armored vehicles during training exercises. The AFCTC also utilizes an Advanced MILES Plus laser based weapon engagement system (WES), produced by Schwartz Electro-Optics (SEO) in Orlando, Fl., to provide long range eye-safe transmitters to better simulate the tank and anti-tank weapon system, and field programmable transmitter functions.

"This second combat training center has improved GPS/radio and WES equipment for the soldiers and armored vehicles, and the latest Sun Workstations," said John Garcia, vice president for the SAIC Range Instrumentation Systems Organization. "The AFCTC exercise instrumentation system will improve readiness of the Egyptian Army."
