Vince: Since the early 70's when Jimmy Carter took the Nuclear laboratories out of the auspices of "Military Style" security and placed it into the bureaucratic hands of the DOE (which he created), the security of Nuclear secrets in this country has since been in great peril.

The "old" security clearance standards slowly dissolved and soon there where foreign nationals of military "ties" working with our most prized secrets. The process was basically wide open for the taking.

By the time Bill Clinton "came to power", he decided that National Security Secrets were not being divulged at a fast enough rate. He soon took the last vestiges of any pretense to guarding prized possessions away from the State Department and bestowed the TRADING of hitherto "Secrets" to Ron Brown in the Commerce Department.

Of course when Ron Brown came under heavy investigation and it appeared that he would in fact be convicted of crimes, he went to Bill for help. Bill told him there was nothing he could do, but should just "keep his mouth shut" and take the sword for his commander. Ron informed Bill that he would not "go down alone"... within a month Ron Brown joined the infamous Clinton Death List.

By this point in the Clinton administration it was no longer necessary to appoint ANYONE of even minor credibility. The public had been conditioned to expect the worst in appointments and Bill would no longer have to appoint people such as Warren Christopher who would not breach national security secrets (as Secretary of State) at the desired rate and could appoint someone to the Commerce Department who would "follow instructions" and sell the crown jewels to "hostile nations".

Once it had become VERY obvious what was happening, Bill even began writing Executive Orders expo facto to cover his treasonous activities and give them some semblance of legality. The Congressional Investigation committees were filled with those that Bill had the FBI files on and others who care only to stuff their pockets at the expense of the Citizenry. -- The White House declared any damaging "papers" classified beyond public knowledge and he AGAIN was given a "ticket to ride"...

I believe that this arming of hostile countries is NO accident. I believe that it has been a long orchestrated move to weaken the country to threat of Nuclear devestation in order to make way for public acceptance of a GREAT SAVIOR DEFENSE SYSTEM, i.e. HAARP.

When the people are threatened to a sufficient degree they will GLADLY accept HAARP as the "new found" missile defense system that was "accidently discovered" through PURE RESEARCH of the military for ACEDEMIC PURPOSES (the public would have to be totally brainwashed to accept this implausible scenario of the military -- they have finally reached that point!). The masses will THANK the government for this "discovery" and applaud their rapid building of the ORIGINAL Eastlund patent design. 40 SQUARE MILES of antenna arrays with turbines powered by North Slope Natural Gas supplying power to the transmitters... The public will not be "told" of the other capabilities which could be HARMFUL... get out your "weenie roasters".
