To me it looks like you stumbled across a secret government/military industrial complex testing center.

I think Phil is right -- the government probably blocked sattelite covereage to keep our enemies, like China and Russia, from knowing what was going on. You will see that one of the articles states that the testing is going on in August!!
I kinda doubt if what you have found is the new AmeriKan Gulag system!
I personally believe that all the concentration camp stories are part of an urban myth. I have been investigating the government since the early 80s.... the REAGAN/BUSH years!
During the early 80s, I was told that all the subversives (like me) were being rounded up and sent by railroad cattle cars, (that had been equipped with shackles), to extermination camps where we were going to be beheaded and our bodies burned with diesel oil to hide the smell of burning flesh!! Over the years I have seen documents that back up these stories. I have seen photographs of the cattle cars, the shackles and the guillotines.
When people have checked in to the authenticity of the photos and the locations that were reputed to be concentration camps, nothing credible was found! These stories seemed to start during Reagan's administration, and they have gotten bigger and better ever since!!
During the quest for the cause of the Peebles "blackout", I have discovered many things about the American Concentration Camp Plans. I will soon have documents which show that the governments concentration camps were first exposed in the 70s.
I am NOT saying that American concentration camps DON'T exist! Anyone who knows the history of WWII knows that we had concentration camps for the Japanese, the Italians and some Germans! What I am saying is I believe the "urban legends" about all of the "Patriot troublemakers" being rounded up is being put out by the government to keep people in check!
I frankly believe that these stories are circulated to strike fear into the hearts of the easily frightened! If a person is afraid, they will not DARE investigate the government! AND to hide the real purpose of the concentration camps!! If we go to war, we will have concentration camps in America once again. If the war is with China -- the concentration camps will be full of Chinese and other people from communist countries. If the war is with China AND Russia, all the Russian mafia types that immigrated to the US will join the Chinese in the concentration camps. If we are attacked by MiddleEast terrorists, Muslims will end up in concentration camps.
Remember, Oliver North is the man who created the plan that is presently on the books. He did this when Iran was angry at us for not fulfilling our promise of supplying them with all the weapons they wanted to win the war against Iraq. The Reagan government believed Iran was going to unleash a holy jihad on the United States using ALL the Iranians who were cranted political asylum due to the ayatollah coming to power!
If there ARE concentration camps in AmeriKa, I believe it will be suspected foreign "agents" that go into them. There are many other less costly and more effecient ways of getting rid of "trouble makers". Airplane crashes, terrorist attacks, biologicals. If the government really wants to get rid of us, they will do it in such a way that it looks like "the plague", a horrible "industrial accident", a hostage crisis that ends in the death of the hostages.
The government is quite clever when it comes to thinking up ways to get rid of trouble makers!! A little curure mixed with DMSO and applied to the outside of your Coke can will cause your heart to stop and people will think you had a heart attack! Most autopsies won't even look for curare.
This is only ONE of the many ways our government has of eliminating the FEW people they feel are a threat to them.
Most of us are merely a "pain in the ass"! If they ignore us, they hope we will go away or make such fools of ourselves that no one in their right mind will take us seriously!!
The other reason I believe that ordinary Americans who are sick of their government are NOT going to be the residents of these concentration camps is because it takes a lot of money to take care of slaves and/or prisoners! It is a lot better to let the 'slave' remain free and work to feed, house and clothe himself! Afterall, taxes take just as much out of the 'slaves' bounty as the feudal lord used to take from his peasants! Remember: "The best slave thinks he's free!"

very curious - especially after seeing pictures from Michigan - i was in the national guard, we trained at camp perry but never saw that restricted area. need an expert to go on exploratory mission to peebles
