Art Bells' Radio Station Sued For Antitrust...08/13/01

I was wondering when this would happen. It appears Clear Channel Communications has been accused of creating a monopoly and possibly with stratagied intent, forced competitors to shut down. This lawsuit highlights the far reaching and unfair practices of a mega conglomerate.
Earth Changes TV and Mitch Battros has personal experience with such unfair and mal-practice. See below an exchange between myself and Art Bell concerning Bell where he literally and with intent, acted in blocking a guest stating my name and my studies concerning the Sun-Earth connection.

Is it your intention to censor your show and keep persons as myself from ever being announced on your show? I would suggest we try to find a way to highlight our similarities rather than inflame our differences. Yes we do have genuine disagreements in the guest we have on and the impressions we give in leading people to believe certain items or issues.
I come from a philosophy of "we are all just kind of guessing" and "follow your truth, not mine or anyone else". I am very sensitive and somewhat critical of those who profess to have "the truth". Some secret knowingness, some magical thinking that no one else has. It exudes the "follow me...follow me" syndrome which I believe to be bogus and dangerous.
You may have other ideas and methods for which you conduct your show and affect your audience. I can tell you I have never censored a guest if your name came up or even if they announced they would be on your show in the near future. I would expect the same courtesy from you.
If you wish to entertain the thought of having me on your show, or you to be on mine, I would be willing to help in eliminating the abeyance of a feud, and show on air we do have more similarities than differences. I believe what we both have in common is to help people become aware of the changes which are among us and expected to escalate.

I will NEVER forget how you treated me when my Son was attacked, NEVER. My advice is don't cross me. Ever. Not only will your name never be on my show, you will never be on it either. You were the one who was going to publish all the gory details of what happened to my Son, remember? You were buddies with those psycho's who were trying to Defame me.

Mr. Bell,
Is your intention to intimidate or threaten me? Please clarify "My advice is don't cross me". As far as your son goes, let me remind you I had only positive statements to say about him and how brave he was to endure such an event. I went
further to state the person you did this should be punished severely.
My issue had always been with you. Your reference to publish anything was based on a rumor (which has not been disproved) of your son being gay. This rumor did not hold up (at such time) to any credible source. I made issue, if he was in fact gay, to your treatment of him with what would have appeared to be shaming and displacement.
I must say Mr. Bell, your return letter continues to reflect (your demeanor) with statements you have made all along.

As you can see from the above interaction, Art Bell appears to be quite active in suppressing and eliminating competition.
Here is another exchange when Art Bell sent his attack dog, Alan Corbeth, Vice President of Premiere Radio Networks. This exchange had to do with an article I wrote expressing how many believe Art Bells sensationalism of the Hale Bopp Comet and its "companion", which was expressed to be some sort of space ship. There were articles written on the internet expressing this may have had a connection to the 27 deaths of the Heavens Gate cult.

There are other peers of the Art Bell Show who appear to not be too happy with his current venue of guest. As stated in a Seattle magazine last month, Talk show Host (Art Bell) Admits Some Guests Are Frauds.
