The Chinese and Russians have both been supplied with Super Computers capable of upgrading their Nuclear weapons systems. It is interesting to "track" the time line of those equipment turn-overs... Around the same time as the Computers reach the country, the leading scientists from the respective countries are in the U.S. "visiting" those laboratories which operate the programs in identicle computers which are capable of "shaping" the Nuclear devices. Included with the bevy of scientists are their translators... nothing is left to chance.

Then shortly after the scientists have had enough time to "learn" in the U.S., the commander in chief makes a visit to the countries of chosing (China, Russia)... meeting with the head of the government there and making "personal" exchanges... of course the computers are worthless without the actuall software for working with the Nuclear devices... anyone wouldn't suppose that he was turning over such "software" in a display of "loyalty" now would they??

Russia has long been capable of launching a Nuclear strike against the U.S., China not so... Until RECENTLY when not only have they been able to upgrade their Nuclear Weapons systems, but they have also acquired missile technology which gives them the ability to land their payloads on U.S. soil WITH multiple warhead capability. Where did this technology come from? The U.S. --

I believe that it is no accident that China is being given Nuclear stike technologies supplied by the United States. Not only is China itself a threat, but they SELL these technologies to other enemies of the U.S.. China poses a threat to the U.S. and has threatened to vaporise major cities on the West Coast of the United States should the U.S. "step out of line".

Since the United States currently has NO missile defense program and one is not available in the foreseeable future, it would serve as a tool of FEAR if and WHEN the Chinese or some of their customers threaten the U.S. with a credible Nuclear assault.

The citizens of the U.S. would gladly accept ANY device which promised "safety" from Nuclear attack... At that time HAARP will be presented as the SAVIOR of the people. HAARP is capable of providing missile defense, but it is capable of much more...

To operate at full potential, HAARP also utilizes Super Computers systems. Who else has "HAARP" capabilities? RUSSIA. Russia has been Tesla capable in research since the 1940's (HAARP is a Tesla technology). It has also been reported that China is currently working on their own "HAARP" type installation.

The giant underground "bunker" in Russia capable of housing 3 to 4 million people AND manufacturing facilities may be a refuge for ELECTROMAGNETIC warfare as opposed to Nuclear conflict. The size of this installation is approximately that of the "Beltway" in DC. Is this possible electronic war the same as described in REVELATION?
