All the President has to do is speak directly to the American Citizenry. If his first statement was: "We are going to disband the IRS which is quasi-legal at best, and a downright tyrranical afront to this Nation." And he would have all the support from the American People he could ever dream of. Indeed, there would be huge bonfires of IRS documents; the IRS hung in effigy; and great, great happiness!

If, however, ANY aspect is left intact of the current IRS System, all bets are off. These guys will look like just another coup. Even the most ignorant among us will respond to the agony caused by the very existence of the IRS. Yup, that is where this entire plan will get its very powerful backing: ANNOUNCE THE ELIMINATION OF THE IRS, THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND INCOME TAXATION (even the forced 'voluntary' kind) and George Bush, Jr. will become a hero in this country that will make the reputations of Lincoln, Jefferson, et al look akin to prostitutes!

They also need to legalize drugs so they take this power away from the Rogue CIA and Wackenhut.
