I have reproduced your article which appeared on NewsMax.com and was archived on The Ether Zone, on my webpage. I need to know why it was pulled from NewsMax, Lucianne and other websites. Did you write the article? Do you believe it to be true? Was Newsmax threatened with a lawsuit? I need to know if you still stand behind the article you wrote, or do you now believe the information was false?
I have several bits of information that in my own mind confirms much of what you say. Gary Condit and I grew up in the same area, we are the same age, we went to the same local college. When he was running for Tony Coehlo's seat in 1989 he asked me to work for his campaign. I was very active in Democratic politics at the time and was considering accepting a job from Senator Claiborne Pell and moving to Washington D.C. I have had Gary Condit and his family in my home in Newman, California.
I also grew up with another California Assemblyman named Rusty Areias. Rusty and I rode the same bus from "The West Side" to Modesto Junior College. Gary Condit and Rusty were two members of the "Gang of Five" in the California Assembly, a group of moderate Democrats who tried to take on Speaker Willie Brown. They were close friends and I believe at one time they shared a house in Sacramento.
At the time Tony Coehlo resigned from the House, both men were considered for his seat. I was single at the time. My husband, who had been the Dean of Science and Engineering at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, had died six months before, and I had moved from Monterey, back to my home town. I was a constituent.
I mention this because I was invited back to the Monterey Peninsula to attend a Democratic function in Carmel at which Rusty Areias was the keynote speaker. I had been the Assistant Editor of the Monterey area Democratic Newsletter. The Editor was a long time Democratic activist and a very close friend. During the event, she approached me and said, "We want to run Rusty for Coehlo's seat, but he needs a wife. You're from his area. You would make a great wife for him." She went on to say, "Of course it would be in name only." I quickly understood what she knew that the rest of us didn't know. "Rusty was gay!"
I relate this so you will see the various connections I have to this scandal, and the unusual perspective I have.
And now -- the rest of the story!
In August of 1989 I married a Naval officer I had known from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Two days later, in front of my entire family, he was arrested by the FBI.
Our local paper ran the headline, "Conman arrested in Newman."
Since I had known this man as a Naval officer for 13 years, and since I had already been places and seen things that NO conman can pull off, I knew something was fishy.
Several days after his arrest, my husband told me, "Gary Condit was behind this." He went on to explain that he knew Tony Coehlo very well and Tony was FAR more involved in the Savings and Loan scandal than anyone knows. Coehlo told Condit that my husband had married me in order to come into our community and derail Condit's bid for Coehlo's former seat by revealing the extent of Coehlo's involvement with Michael Milken and others.
My husband told me that Coehlo alerted Condit, who called a friend in the FBI. (The FBI man was later exposed in a book called "The Last Circle" as being the man who ran the lucrative drug operation in Mariposa county, near Yosemite. Drug operations in this area have also been linked to the Hells Angels motocycle club to which Condit is also linked.)
My husband was Gunther Russbacher, the CIA operative who charged George Bush with being involved in the October Surprise. I still haven't figured out why he did that since he and Bush were and are friends. I was married to Gunther for ten years, and during that time I met many of his men, both here and in Europe. I know how they think and what they are capable of doing. I also know they hate Gary Condit, Tony Coehlo and this FBI man.
While I believe that Condit is as guilty as he appears to be, it is my belief that Condit was chosen as "the diversion" because of what he did to my husband, Gunther.
What do I mean diversion?
Remember the two years that OJ dominated every headline and TV news story in the nation? I believe the Gary Condit scandal is going to do for the G.W. Bush administration was O.J. did for the Clinton Admnistration. Most Americans, including myself, have NO idea what went on in Washington during those years.
The diversion worked well for the Clintons and I believe the same plan is now being orchestrated for G.W. Bush. I believe Condit was chosen for two reasons: One as a payback, and two, because these men despise the sick, sexual life that Condit was leading. I wouldn't be surpised if the stewardess was working as part of their team.
Here is a link to a letter Sarah McClendon wrote about Gunther. Sarah and Gunther knew each other from Washington parties. Our attorney, the late Paul Wilcher, was a member of Sarah's "Tuesday Night Circle." William Sessions was also a member. I have had dinner with Sessions and his wife and have had lunch with William Webster. I KNOW who my husband was. I DON'T know who my husband is today!

I can't help but believe that Condit was chosen to be the "sacrifical lamb" by men who were friends of Gunther's and were doing this to "settle the score" for their Chief!
I need to know if you still stand behind the article you wrote, or do you now believe the information was false?
