“Mueller’s secretive grand jury made up of residents from DC, where 91% voted for Hillary”

(National Sentinel) FBI Corruption: Internet pioneer Matt Drudge took to Twitter Saturday in a rare series of posts aimed at the Justice Department and the FBI, following Friday’s guilty plea from former national security advisor Michael Flynn that he lied to agents involved in investigating Trump administration allegations of colluding with Russia.

“Mueller’s secretive grand jury made up of residence [sic] from DC, where 91% voted for Hillary…,” he began, referring to the grand jury Mueller put together to investigate possible collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin.

Drudge, founder of the Internet powerhouse DrudgeReport.com, was referencing a Washington Examiner story pertaining to a threat from Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, to file contempt of Congress charges against Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray for keeping the committee in the dark over why Mueller kicked a key supervising FBI agent off the Trump-Russia investigation amid concerns of anti-Trump bias.

Drudge then turned his attention to former President Obama, who is currently traveling the world to meet with foreign leaders, some believe to undermine Trump administration foreign policy.

“Is citizen Obama violating the ‘Logan act’ when he lobbies foreign governments and world leaders against America’s current foreign policy?”, Drudge queried.

There has been some discussion that Flynn may have violated the Logan Act, which was passed in the 1790s but never used in a prosecution because over the centuries many legal scholars and lawmakers thought it to be unconstitutional.

As noted by Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett, the act makes it a felony for a private citizen to interfere in international disputes between the U.S. and foreign governments.

“But no one has ever been prosecuted under the act, principally because most lawyers, legal scholars and judges agree that it is likely unconstitutional,” he added.

Finally, Drudge jabbed special counsel Robert Mueller, who appears to be running a tainted Russian collusion investigation based on reports that members of his staff are heavily biased against the president (here and here).

“Mueller’s eventual interview with President Trump will be a spectacle, should be broadcast live!” Drudge said.
