Vladimir Putin at the International Youth Festival in Sochi spoke about technology that is more terrible of nuclear bomb. According to him, this technology will bring "wonderful opportunities in the field of pharmacology and genetic code change".

Vladimir Putin at the International Youth Festival in Sochi said that genetic programming of people according to these characteristics will be possible in the near future and that it might be more terrifying than a nuclear bomb.

The International Youth Festival has been held since 1947, and more than 20,000 young people from all over the world participated in this year's festival in Sochi.

"You can imagine that man can create a person according to certain characteristics. He may be a mathematician or a brilliant musician, but he could also be a soldier who can fight without fear, without compassion, without regret or pain, "said the Russian president.

After these serious warnings, Putin continued:

"Do you understand that humanity can enter into a very complex and important stream of evolution and existence, and most likely that will be soon. And what I have just said can be more terrifying than a nuclear bomb, "said Vladimir Putin.

According to Vladimir Putin, humanity must never forget the morality of its actions, as the absence of it could lead to the destruction of mankind.

"When we do something and everything we do, we must never forget the moral and ethical grounds of our cause. Everything we do must contribute to the strengthening of human beings, not destruction, "concluded the Russian head of state.

Is this the announcement of what the scientific community of the West ignores, do we not know? However, we certainly know that Russian President Vladimir Putin never talks for no reason.
