Agree with you that people have freedoms (and always should have) but on their own time and not when their boss (team owner) tells them how the job should, or should not be done. If they don't like the rules of the job, they are free to leave.

To paraphrase Bill Clinton, "That depends on what the definition of 'wrong' is."

Let's review some old truisms:

1) "Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should do something."

2) "Don't cut off your nose to spite your face."

3) "You can win the battle and lose the war."

4) "The customer is always right."

5) "Just because all of your friends jump off the bridge doesn't mean you need to jump off the bridge too."

And on and on and on.

Kaepernick wasn't wrong. But, neither are the former NFL fans who are choosing to spend their money elsewhere while not being insulted.

And to paraphrase one more old classic..."Kaepernick and the NFL are making their beds...now they get to sleep in them." And it's gonna be a long night, fellers!!
