Much has been debated recently about the N.F.L Players protesting during the National Anthem Ceremonies across America. Many are supporting President Trump's attempt to compel the N.F.L. Owners to enforce existing guidelines of player behavior to stem the protests. While on its surface, this action, at first glance may appear to many Americans who agree with the President, to be reasonable, even legal. However, there lurks many dangers to the Republic that would render this whole argument to be specious, at best.

The primary threat to the Republic is the unimagined consequences of altering, suspending or voiding the First Amendment as is stands in force today. As Chief Executive of the Nation, President and the Highest Government Legal Official, President Trump has called upon the N.F.L.Owners to "get that son of a bitch off the field", referring to the players protesting, and dangerously dictating his judicially enforceable limitations by willfully exceeding his Constitutionally prescribed authority.

WROTE IN A 1989 CASE INVOLVING FLAG BURNING, "IF THERE IS A BEDROCK PRINCIPLE UNDERLYING THE FIRST AMENDMENT, IT IS THAT THE GOVERNMENT MAY NOT PROHIBIT THE FREE EXPRESSION OF AN IDEA ITSELF SIMPLY BECAUSE SOCIETY FINDS THAT IDEA ITSELF OFFENSIVE OR DISAGREEABLE."
TRUMP'S IRE IS DIRECTED AT CORE POLITICAL SPEECH PROTESTING LAW ENFORCEMENT'S UNFAIR TREATMENT OF MINORITIES.TRUMP'S ALLIES HAVE ALREADY BEGUN ORGANIZING BOYCOTTS (Turn Off The NFL Campaign) TO GIVE TEETH TO THE PRESIDENT'S INTEMPERATE ATTACKS. OUR PRESIDENT SWEARS TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. BY TAKING AN OATH, THE PRESIDENT OBLIGES HIMSELF TO PRESERVE AND DEFEND THESE BASIC PROPOSITIONS.
TRUMP'S ATTACKS ON POLITICAL SPEECH OF PRIVATE CITIZENS ARE INCONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF HIS OFFICE. TRUMP CAN DISAGREE WITH HIS OPPONENTS, BUT MUST ALWAYS CONVEY RESPECT FOR THEIR RIGHT TO DISSENT. BY CASTING THEM AS ENEMIES, HE UNDERMINES THE HARD EARNED AND NECESSARY INTEGRITY OF "WE THE PEOPLE".

It is here where the confusion over this issue is best understood. Those in the active military, inactive military or retired also swore an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. By seeking to take away any part of that Constitution, illegally by way of arbitrary edicts voiding individual rights of any American citizen, comprises a far greater insult to the dead and living Veterans, than that of an American citizen freely exercising those protected rights the military swore to uphold. Those who would void Constitutional Rights, to include this current President further insult the military by recklessly betraying the very reason why the Military exists, which is why they swore an oath to preserve , protect and defend The Constitution from being undermined by threatening imperial edict.

The moment we as a Nation use the flag as cover to remove the inherit liberties we cherish, is the moment we lose The Republic and slip into the tyranny we have opposed since the Founding Father's established the Nation.

By virtue of the right to fully express one's opinion by way of peaceful protest, no matter by kneeling in a stadium during a National Anthem Ceremony or shouting it out in a corn field in Nebraska, this act is not to be misconstrued as disrespecting the Nation, Flag or Military, but a supreme embodiment of upholding the real exercise of freedom that defines the Nation, Flag and Military. That's what the price of freedom exacts from its people, full and open expression of guaranteed rights.

Consequently, the second you deny that right however illegally conditioned by unenforceable "rules" which attempt to violate the Constitution, you have figuratively fired a bullet into another American on the opposite side of a circular firing squad to snuff out the freedom to act or speak in a manner not of your liking.

That is not patriotism and it is not what Colin Kaepernick spoke to on this very issue when he stated clearly to this point when asked to explain his actions back in 2016 in a Press Conference;

"TO ME THIS IS A FREEDOM WE ARE ALLOWED IN THIS COUNTRY, AND GOING BACK TO THIS MILITARY THING, IT'S A FREEDOM THAT MEN AND WOMEN THAT HAVE FOUGHT FOR. THIS COUNTRY HAS GIVEN ME THIS OPPORTUNITY BY THE CONTRIBUTIONS THEY HAVE MADE, SO I DON'T SEE IT AS GOING ABOUT IN THE WRONG WAY, THIS IS SOMETHING THAT HAS TO BE SAID, HAS TO BE BROUGHT TO THE FOREFRONT OF EVERYONE'S ATTENTION AND WHEN THAT'S DONE, PEOPLE CAN REALIZE WHAT THE SITUATION IS AND THEN REALLY AFFECT CHANGE."

Clearly, President Trump has not authority to violate the Constitution unless it is suspended by war or martial law. But, more importantly, there is a more dangerous realization, that without war or martial law, this President is attempting to duplicate the same dictatorial State compliances that Kim Jung Un requires of his people. President Trump does not even remotely comprehend that his brand of misplaced patriotism has so overwhelmed his reasoning that he has been blinded to the fact he is destroying the freedoms he seeks to protect.

To further explore the most intriguing aspect of this protest not being covered by anyone in this nation other than myself, I would encourage every American to review the entire 2016 Press Conference that Colin Kaeperneick gave to witness the hidden truths that were revealed at that time, that are still being silenced. At that time, not only were the excesses of law enforcement mentioned, but the 2016 election process was probed whereby Kaepernick outed Hillary Clinton's email scandal and the corrupted F.B.I's complicity in not prosecuting her for National Security violations, giving her a pass to continue to run for the highest office in the land and how that spills over to 2017 where the Trump Administration unbelievably continues to cover it up by allowing Clinton to avoid criminal charges to this very day.

If you think this this protest is all about the police brutality toward minorities and not about jailing "Crooked Hillary", who nearly became President, you are missing what both political parties are still covering up and the most important aspect of why Colin Kaepernick took a knee to protest.

The following recently aired videos of Judge Andrew Napolitano validate the very same conclusions reached by Colin Kaepernick 2 years ago and have never been mentioned in the media, by the Trump Administration's Justice Department - that Hillary Clinton should be prosecuted, equally, under the law.

There could never be a more clear and concise reason Colin Kaepernick and all of the N.F.L Players protesting remain totally vindicated for exposing and fighting the flagrant injustices found in a corrupted judicial system throughout the entire U.S. Government. These men stand unjustly maligned because they exercised a given right to expose a separate and vile judicial system which is now concealing the crimes of Hillary Clinton and the State against the American People.

At a time when the winner of the Presidential Election, President Trump is undermining the First Amendment, the loser of the election, Hillary Clinton, who should be behind prison bars now, is the first one out in the public to try and take away our Second Amendment Rights, seeking to disarm the People after the shootings in Las Vegas.

As the sounds of gunfire ring loud and clear throughout America, that we are under attack from enemies inside and outside the gates who we can't fully identify yet, but have come to know all too well, that they are about the treasonous acts of trying to destroy The Republic.

Think on that when you see someone take a knee, not done in vain - but for country.
