This week, in a stunning upset of a Trump State Department move to BLOCK further evidence from being reviewed by a motion made by Judicial Watch to have a Federal Judge review the content of new evidence regarding the emails of Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State, a Judge overruled President Trump's lame attempt to further cover up the crimes of Hillary Clinton.

What makes this so important is that it completes the exact point that Colin Kaepernick made succinctly in his 2016 Press Conference explaining why he would not stand during a National Anthem Ceremony. On this point, Kaepernick stated that unequal application of justice was being illegally conducted by the entire judicial system across America and he further stated that the destruction of the emails in question by Hillary Clinton were given a pass as she was allowed to run in the Presidential race.
That Press Conference was never fully played by the liberal media, who sought to assist Clinton in her efforts to win the Presidency, by editing out Kaepernick's key remarks about her. The fact remains, that very few American's have ever heard the entire unedited Press Conference of two years ago and now they will have just cause to see it in full.

Now in 2017, this video documentation will serve as a splendid example of the attempts being made by President Trump to demonize anyone, who in public has made an attempt to protest this outrageous injustice the President seeks to cover up.

Here you have an elite serial criminal, occupying one of the most powerful positions in the nation, destroying government communications, violating National Security, lying under oath to Congress, getting a free pass from the F.B.I. Director Comey to run for the highest office in the land, losing poorly and then having a two faced President try and cover up any new evidence of her emails when President Trump should have been prosecuting her to the fullest extent of the law. Not only does it make Colin Kaepernick's point exactly in the protests, but it exposes the monumental hypocrisy of President Trump in his now meaningless blather of jailing "CROOKED HILLARY". Donald Trump promised in his own words to "Jail Crooked Hillary" not only did President Trump fail do that, he now has the temerity to expect us watch as he uses the Flag to give cover to his complicity in failing to enforce the law equally to Hillary Clinton.

This N.F.L. protest is NOT about disrespecting the Flag or the National Anthem - it is about the criminal elite receiving a get out of jail card and the rest of America getting a cold prison cell. It is about an unequal application of justice that is killing the country.

If this President is not about the business of enforcing equal justice under the law and not separate applications of immunity given to elite criminals for whatever nefarious reasons, then this President should consider resigning from office.

Short of that, President Trump should send his apologies to the N.F.L. Players and personally to Colin Kaepernick, a great quarterback who has throw a perfect bullet pass to the President and who has, like a rookie, dropped the ball.
