I'm going to focus on the time of 8:20 p.m. CDT (Central USA Time) tonight, which equals 4:20 a.m. September 29 in Moscow and Jerusalem.

First I want to point out that a major instance of a prophetic "4:20 earthquake" occurred Monday night, when a Palestinian surprise-attacked and shot to death three Israeli guards at 4:14 a.m. GMT and six minutes later a strong earthquake struck south of Fiji, Tonga and Samoa at 4:20:00.00 a.m. GMT:

The original "4:20 earthquakes & wars" prophecy was written on the four and twentieth day of the ninth month in the second year of Darius (Wednesday 22 December 521 B.C.) and reads:

Lately I have had success interpreting or predicting events such as earthquakes via not only the 260 count but also extrapolations of it such as 65 days and 104 days.

Assuming the original prophecy was received at 4:20 a.m. local time--Jerusalem time--December 22, 521 BC, then tonight at 8:20 p.m. CDT is 8909 times 104 days since then. 8585 times 104 days after the prophecy (3434 times 260) was 8:20 p.m. CDT Saturday 27 June 1925, and at 8:21 p.m. a powerful magnitude 6.9 earthquake shook Western Montana:

At 4:20:00 a.m. sharp Israeli time that night, (8:20:00 p.m. CDT) the strongest northwestern Europe earthquake ever recorded struck near Roermond, Netherlands, shaking much of Europe:
