Over the past few weeks, we have witnessed extraordinarily severe weather phenomena. Hurricane Harvey Devastated Houston, Hurricane Irma wrought havoc on Florida after laying waste to the Caribbean, and Mexico experienced its most severe earthquake in over a century.

Now we're hearing that Hurricane Jose is gaining steam. We should carefully consider the origin of these apparently natural phenomena. Are they truly Acts of God? Or is there a human cause behind the devastation? I can't say one way or the other. But we should be open to the possibility that weather weapons may exist. In this video I explain why such weapons would be attractive to entities like the CIA and the Pentagon because of their plausible deniability. And I examine the little-known fact that the ideas of Global Warming and Climate Change were created by the CIA in the early 1990s, through the recently-shuttered MEDEA Program. Did the CIA develop the idea of Climate Change to provide an explanation for apparently natural events -- like hurricanes and earthquakes -- that could be triggered by advanced weather weaponry? We may never know for sure. But we should consider the possibility.
