If "hate speech" can influence people to perform a certain activity, would not movies and tv shows also influence people to perform certain activities?

If individual human beings are capable of distinguishing between "reality" and movies and tv shows, would they also be capable of knowing that individual human beings are each capable of making up their own minds? Each being able to think for themselves?

Therefore, it wouldn't matter if some dipshit is walking down a street shouting some nazi slogan. Because, people are each capable of making up their own minds about their environment and society.

If individual people can determine that movies and tv shows are not real, they should also be able to know when they hear another human being shouting bullshit. If they have no personal experience so far in their life, to support the bullshit they are hearing, then they can determine that it is bullshit.

We do not need to restrain any speech, because people are capable of making their own choices, and navigating their own lives.

There is no "hate speech".
