Sorry, I couldn't finish reading this. It just sounds too ridiculous. The reason I think so is because, if I am not mistaken, these congress kritters can pass all the LEGISLATION (not law) that they like but every piece of legislation that they pass must first go to the President for his signature before it can become LAW. Does anyone actually believe that this can happen. Anyone ever hear of the word VETO.
If the congress can do this then we haven't needed a President for a very long time.

Yes, the President can veto it, but Congress can then override a presidential veto with a two-thirds majority of both houses, and it then becomes law without the President's signature (Article I, section 7 of the Constitution).
